1. How do I register for an event? 
To register for an event, navigate to the event calendar on the IQ2 platform, select the event you are interested in, and click the "Register" button. Follow the prompts to complete your registration.

2. How can I view my event bookings?
You can view your event bookings by logging into your account and navigating to the "My Events" section. Here, you will see a list of all the events you have registered for.

3. Can I modify or cancel my event registration?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your event registration. Go to the "Teams" -> "Licences" page, then reallocate the license to another Team member.

4. Will I receive notifications and reminders for upcoming events?
Yes, you will receive notifications and reminders for upcoming events. You can manage your notification preferences in the "Settings" section of your account.

5. How do I access event materials?
Event materials such as presentations, handouts, and recordings will be available for download in the "Event Materials" section of the event page. You can access this section once the event has started.

6. What should I do if I encounter technical issues during a virtual event?
If you encounter technical issues during a virtual event, please refer to the "Technical Support" section on the event page for troubleshooting tips. If the issue persists, contact our support team using the live chat, email help@app.heffron.com.au, or call us on 1300 433 376.

7. How can I provide feedback on an event?
