This is the page content. I can use the features below in combination with each other (for example I can merge a table cell, and put a heading in it with a video. I can also have some bolded paragraph text)

I can have a table of contents (MANUAL) that I can use to jump to other sections on the page, using Anchor links - I'm using a bulleted list, but you can use whatever you want:

• Anchor-1 (I can name this anything) and I don't need to use it just in a table of contents

Why no Heading 1 & Heading 2? Because Hubspot knows about SEO page hierachy, so enforces these for use only in the Heading and Subtitle (respectively).
